SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Standard Tuning ~ 235.00*
We recommend that you get your pianos tuned at least once a year. The change in humidity from the wet cold winter months to the drier warmer spring and summer months, can cause the piano to swell and go out of tune. Tuning at the beginning of spring and fall is a great time to get your piano serviced because the humidity will remain relatively stable for months, allowing the tuning to last longer. *Pianos that have not been tuned for a long time may need multiple tunings. Additional cost may apply.
Maintenance Oriented Tuning ~ 375.00*
Best Value
3.5 hr. Service Includes One Standard Tuning, and one full hour of Regulation. I alot 2.25 hours for standard tunings, however, they sometimes can be completed in less time. Any additional time leftover from tuning is added to the regulation portion of the appointment.

Regulation ~ 145.00 per hour
Regulating is the process of adjusting the thousands of tiny parts that make up a piano action to work in perfect harmony with one another. Regulating can be done all at once, over the period of few days, or in stages during routine tunings. Adding an hour of regulation at each tuning is an economical way of improving the quality and playability of your piano year after year.
Full Day Service ~ 1000.00
8 hour appointment. To fully regulate a piano from start to finish, can take up to 24 hours. Actual time can be more or less depending on the piano and how long it has been since it was last serviced.
